Resort Booking Restrictions
Full Moon Reservation: A minimum stay 4 nights, and arrival date is at least 2 days before Full Moon date only
Christmas Reservation: A minimum stay 5 nights, and arrival date is on or before the 23rd December only
New Year Reservation: A minimum stay 5 nights, and arrival date must be between the 28th-30th December only
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
1. All cancellations shall be notified either by fax or e-mail.
2. Cancellation notice required of 48 hours notice in advance for all confirmed bookings, otherwise, a fee of 50% of the total amount of bookings is applied for each room reserved (loss of deposit). No-show is charged 100% of total amount deposited. early check out is charged at 100%.
3. Peak Season : Cancellation notice of 7 days in advance is required for all confirmed bookings, otherwise, a fee of 50% of the total amount of bookings is applied for each room reserved (loss of deposit). No-show 100% charge of total deposited. Early check out is charged at 100%.
4. Deposits are returned if adequate notice is given as defined in 2. and 3. Above - less any transaction costs (Paypal costs at 4% per transaction etc).
5. For cancellations at all times customers may transfer their booking to a later date (outside of full moon week) without penalty however this is subject to availability and agreement by the resort.
